These conditions apply to all sales of Naomi Goodsir brand products made via the website www.naomigoodsir.com and exclusively to Metropolitan France and member countries of the European Community. It is specified that these general conditions of sale are intended for private individuals only. The resale or distribution of Naomi Goodsir brand products purchased on www.naomigoodsir.com is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order for a product on the website www.naomigoodsir.com, the consumer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepted them without restriction. This acceptance is in no way conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the consumer. You must check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. An order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. It mentions the description of the products of the brand Naomi Goodsir selected, the quantity, the price as well as the amount of shipping costs.

All necessary steps for the sale are specified on the website www.naomigoodsir.com in accordance with Article 1369-4 of the Civil Code. Conforming to the conditions of Article 1369-5 of the Civil Code, the customer will have the opportunity, before finalising his/her order, to verify the details of his/her order and its total price, and to modify any potential errors, before confirming it to express his/her agreement. 2 - Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we shall inform you by email or phone within 72 hours, offering you to order another article presented on the site www.naomigoodsir.com in replacement, either cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you shall be immediately refunded if your bank account has already been debited and at the latest within 30 days of payment of the sum paid.

The Naomi Goodsir e-boutique is a retailer and is not intended to sell in large quantities the products offered. As a result, the e-boutique Naomi Goodsir reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered or refuse orders for the same product in large quantities and this in accordance with applicable specifications applied in the field  and in particular of Article L122-1 of the French Consumption Code.

3 - Prices

The Naomi Goodsir e-boutique product prices are in Euros (€), all taxes included, shipping costs not included.

The company GPL reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the prices of products offered on the website www.naomigoodsir.com. The products are invoiced on the basis of the prices presented on the site www.naomigoodsir.com at the moment of the placement of your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at this moment.

Other than in the case of reimbursement specified hereafter, The company GPL will not refund the sales tax applied on purchases made on the site www.naomigoodsir.com (even in the case in which the buyer, after delivery, forwards Naomi Goodsir products to another European Union member country). The amount of your order includes shipping costs. The products remain the property of the company GPL until complete reception of the payment by The Naomi Goodsir e-boutique. However, you accept the risks (notably of loss, theft or damage) concerning delivered, and this is counted from the effective date of delivery.

All orders placed on the site www.naomigoodsir.com must be paid immediately at the time of placing your order. We accept payments exclusively from the following bank cards : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal.

All orders are payable in Euros (€) on the site.

The shipping of your order takes place only after verification of your mode of payment and reception of the debit authorization of your card.

5 - Prevention of fraud

6- Delivery

Products purchased on the website www.naomigoodsir.com may only be delivered to a postal address exclusively in the following countries:

Metropolitan France (Corsica included), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands , Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Vatican.

It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address located outside these territories.Due to strict international transport regulations (IATA), we are unable to ship items containing alcohol (e.g. perfumes) to some countries. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Products are shipped to the delivery address you have specified in your order.

To estimate the delivery time of the parcel, take into account the credit approval time, the verification of the address and the processing of the order. As soon as the order is processed and ready to be shipped, The Naomi Goodsir e-boutique shall send you a confirmation by e-mail.

The products are sent by La Poste via Colissimo, DPD to France and countries of the European Community

At any time you can track your delivery on www.colissimo.fr or www.dpd.fr by entering your parcel number available in the shipping confirmation email - except for sample vials sent by standard mail and for which a tracking is not available.

In case of delay of more than 7 days, you will have the possibility to cancel your order within 60 working days, in accordance with the legal requirements. In this case, if you have received the product after your cancellation, we shall refund the product and the cost of return, upon receipt of it by us, complete and in its original condition.

The shipping costs are mentioned prior to the validation of your order.

The amount of delivery charges is calculated according to the number and type of the product. On the website www.naomigoodsir.com, please select your shipping address to see the shipping costs applicable to your order.

By confirming your order, you accept all our terms and conditions. the Naomi Goodsir e-boutique takes no responsibility for lost shipments.

Our shipping boxes can only hold a maximum of 3 perfumes. Therefore, the maximum amount of an order placed by a given customer (same last name, same address) can not exceed 400 € (excluding shipping costs). Similarly, over a period of 7 days, a given customer can not place more than 2 orders whose maximum accumulated amount can not exceed 800 € (excluding shipping costs). In case of superior order, the customer must contact The Naomi Goodsir e-boutique at the following address sales(AT)naomigoodsir.com.

In the case of an order for a non-EU country, the client is the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be required, and these additional charges are the responsibility of the client.

For reasons, including security, the Naomi Goodsir e-boutique will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.

7- Delivery issues

Delays in delivery cannot result in compensation.

Any delay in delivery exceeding seven (7) days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of packages when receiving the goods and to express reservations on the delivery note if the package appears to have been opened or damaged. The signature, without reserve, of the receipt of delivery by the customer affirms the acceptance of the package. Under no circumstances The company GPL be held responsible for damage to their products and packaging caused by transport conditions.

8 - Cancellation - Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

Once completed, your order is transmitted to The Naomi Goodsir e-store for treatment.You can modify it by contacting our Customer Service by email sales(AT)naomigoodsir.com.

Any request for cancellation of an order must be made before the shipment of the products, to be taken into consideration and no later than 24 hours before the expedition of the package. This cancellation must be made directly to The Naomi Goodsir e-boutique Customer Service by email to sales(AT)naomigoodsir.com

9 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal requirements, you have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the allowable period, the price of the product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be fully refunded. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns have to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories ...) allowing their re-sale and accompanied by the bill of sale to facilitate efficient management.

The company GPL has the complete right to determine whether the products are in their original condition when returned.

In accordance with current law, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for products unsealed by the customer or the products having been the subject of personalisation at your request (handwritten message, various marking).

You have the right to return any product ordered on the website www.naomigoodsir.com with a request for exchange or refund in conformity with the conditions foreseen in the prevision of the 7 days or the right of withdrawal. The refund of the returned products is made within thirty (30) days from the date on which the right is exercised.

In case of exchange or refund request the return costs are your responsibility.

Indeed, for legal reasons related to the transport, the return of products containing alcohol is the subject of a specific procedure. The following conditions apply for perfume returns - The product must not be opened and must be returned in its original and complete packaging.In case of return for defective or damaged product, the customer must ensure that the bottle is always sealed.

The company GPL shall not be responsible in case of loss, wrongly addressed packages or delay in delivery of a package you wish to return, given that the risks inherent in the means of transport you choose and initiate rest solely with you.

In the case of an exchange, the transport costs of the first delivery are refunded, but the transport costs of the second delivery will be charged to you.

The products must be returned under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph. The company GPL will do what is commercially reasonable to ensure that the refund is made within fifteen (15) working days of reception of the returned products, by crediting your credit card. The refund shall occur under any circumstances within 30 days after the notification of your right of withdrawal.

We do not offer a refund, even partial, if you have received the product as a gift.

10 - Legal guarantee of hidden defects

In accordance with the current laws, we shall refund or exchange the products apparently defective or not corresponding to your order.
